Contra Costa County, CA, uses ARIES to collect and share valuable case information with multiple California agencies.  Alameda, Solano, Santa Clara, and San Joaquin Counties provide additional data sources to contribute to the data warehouse.  ARIES is also the main data-collecting point for CopLink. RIMS exports agency configurable RMS data.

<Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)

For Arizona agencies, InCustody automatically transfers your jail roster to the Arizona Department of Health to comply with reporting requirements.

ARJIS (Automated Regional Justice Information System)

ARJIS is a San Diego County regional data-sharing system. RIMS agencies configure which RMS data elements to be exported to ARJIS. Typically, arrests, cases, citations, field interviews, and accidents are exported.

Axon

RIMS CAD transfers basic RIMS CAD Incident information to the Axon body camera system.  Using the Officer/Unit ID, the interface correlates CAD events by:
– Automating basic incident information entry for every recording
– Improving data accuracy with complete, correct info
– Increasing officer efficiency after each recorded call

Axon M90

RIMS CAD integrates with Axon’s M90 service, where CAD data is transferred and used by Axon M90 to send citizen surveys.

Brazos e-Citation Import

RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from Brazos. As part of a standard import, offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are seamlessly imported from Brazos into RIMS RMS. A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.

Cash Bond Online

Using Cash Bond Online, facilities can post inmate and bond information and collect bond. Our interface automatically posts information from InCustody to this service.

CitySupport

This integration provides information from RIMS CAD on False Alarm Incidents to the CitySupport False Alarm solution.

CivicSmart e-Citation Import

RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from CivicSmart/AutoISSUE.  As part of a standard import, offender, vehicle, violation, and other valuable information are imported seamlessly into RIMS RMS.  A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.

CopLink

COPLINK is a police investigation software application that consolidates data from many sources. RIMS automatically exports agency configurable information into this data-sharing solution.

CopLogic

Utilizing CopLogic’s reporting system, agencies enable community members to file specific types of reports online.  The service is quick and easy for citizens and frees up valuable officer hours.  Once the report is completed online, RIMS transfers this information into the officer case log for final review and completion.

This interface imports primary Case/Report data, Person and Vehicle records, the Reporting Party’s (RP’s) Narrative, case photographs, and attachments.

Consolidated Telecom, Inc.

InCustody creates the inmate’s CTEL account seamlessly by transferring inmate records including booking information, cell location, and release information.

CorEMR Inmate Medical Records System

Many agencies contract inmate medical care or use a separate medical records system.  InCustody creates inmate accounts in CorEMR including transferring photo information.

Cradlepoint GPS/AVL Hardware Solutions

Mobile RIMS utilizes Cradlepoint as a GPS/AVL solution.

CRIMS (Alameda County, CA Records Interface)

CRIMS is a county-wide intranet browser software application that serves as a criminal justice information portal. It facilitates information sharing among all participating agencies in Alameda County, CA, and promotes interoperability between various criminal justice computer systems within and outside the county. 

RIMS exports valuable cases, persons, vehicles, and other information to CRIMS, making criminal justice information available to local justice partners, including patrol officers.

APBnet by Critical Reach

Integrated with RIMS State Switch, this integration requires no additional software changes and is integrated with the State mask. This automatically queries APBnet of the license plates and driver license checks ran through RIMS.

Crossroads Collison Interface and Citation Transfer

Crossroads software products include collision reporting and e-citation programs. For the collision reporting tool, RIMS offers a two-way transfer solution. RIMS transfers collision data, including people and vehicle records, from RIMS to Crossroads software. For California agencies, all CHP-555 information is transferred as well. Alternatively, RIMS can import collision information from Crossroads, including people, vehicles, narratives, and attachment records.

For the Crossroads e-citation application, RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import. Offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported seamlessly from the e-citation platform into RIMS. A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.

CryWolf False Alarm CAD Integration (Central Square)

This integration provides information from RIMS CAD on False Alarm Incidents to the CryWolf False Alarm solution by Central Square.

Dataworks Imaging

Dataworks interface to RIMS allows users to query Dataworks to retrieve a list of name matches and query the photographs associated with that record. Photos can be saved to a disk or copied to a clipboard/file.

Emergency Reporting by ESO

Pull data directly from your agency’s local 911 dispatch system with a CAD interface for Emergency Reporting.

How it works:
– Dispatchers enter new information for complex and rapidly evolving Incidents.
– RIMS CAD exports Fire and EMS data in real-time or at the end of the call.

PROSECUTOR by KARPEL is a browser-based criminal case management program system.

RIMS RMS transfers Case Data (Case #, Location, Officers/Deputies), Charge Data, Arrest Data (Date/Time, Officer/Deputy, Arrestee Info), Victims/Witness Data, and Documents (Attachments).

ESO

How it works:

FIREHOUSE uses an integrated database and graphical user interface, so data is entered once, even when used in different areas of the system. FIREHOUSE helps agencies manage business, day-to-day operations and planning, field operations and decision support, communications, and technical challenges.

RIMS CAD transfers fire/EMS incident information upon initial dispatch, and final Incident information is transferred when completed.

Evidence OnQ Evidence Transfer

RIMS offers a powerful evidence and property management solution using our Property Room application.  However, a few agencies use independent evidence management systems such as EvidenceOnQ™. RIMS transfers evidentiary information to FileOnQ.

FirePoint RMS

The FirePoint CAD Connector provides your fire department with a solid and valuable interface from RIMS CAD. The software consists of an application that runs on a server PC. It monitors a folder for CAD transaction files and imports those files directly into the CAD Connector. A graph on the main window tracks the number of dispatches by hour for the last 24 hours.

When CAD transactions are exported from RIMS CAD, they are converted into records automatically read by FirePoint. As an added feature, the CAD Connector publishes web pages listing all Incident and Apparatus responses for the past 24 hours and 10 days.

First Arriving

RIMS CAD sends pending and active incident information to First Arriving used in digital dashboards in law enforcement and fire agencies.

First Due Fire RMS

RIMS CAD transfers Incident information to First Due including Incident #, Unit/Apparatus information and times, Premise information, and CAD comments.

FirstWatch

RIMS CAD transfers Incident information to FirstWatch so medical personnel have immediate access to RIMS CAD information.

Frontline Public Safety Solutions

The QA Tracker product is to provide evaluation forms to conduct audits on Body-Worn Cameras and Vehicle Cameras. It also includes forms for general employee performance evaluations. By using CAD date/time entries, RIMS will export CAD history information via a JSON file to Frontline. Once there, they will match up, based on the date/time and the incident information.

Garmin IPC GPS Import

The IPC is a service for professional and enterprise-level inReach customers.

Users employing this feature typically carry the Garmin inReach devices, specifically the inReach Mini 2 device, on their person.  The interface provides a web service endpoint from Garmin to identify the RIMS Unit ID (and device ID), update Unit GPS locations, and store the polling details.  These details can be searched and displayed on RIMS Map.

InCustody receives information from Guardian Systems including cell tour checks, inmate movements, cell checks, compliance monitoring, head counts and other vital information.

Guard1 by TimeKeeping Systems

Guard1, better known as “The Pipe,” is a tour management solution for tracking correctional facility activities using RFID technology.  Guard1 integrates with InCustody to transfer recorded activities into the Activity Log.

HealthEMS ePCR Solutions

Transfer vital CAD event information from RIMS CAD to the Health EMS PCR system, including event location and times.

Intergraph/Hexagon CAD to RIMS RMS Transfer

Are you using Intergraph/Hexagon CAD but want to use RIMS RMS? We import Intergraph/Hexagon CAD event information into RIMS RMS including Case #, Persons, Vehicles and other information.

HID Global (Crossmatch)

Improve data accuracy and reduce time entering duplicate information into livescan devices.  From RIMS RMS or InCustody, transfer person demographics and arrest information quickly and seamlessly to Crossmatch AFIS/Livescan devices, now part of HID Global.

SIRE Records Imaging

For agencies already using SIRE to store and access files, critical documents and files—including photos, videos, and audio files—are stored in a secure environment that can be quickly accessed from RIMS RMS. When a Case is approved, RIMS creates a PDF of the approved report and saves it to the DIS (Document Imaging System) for import.

ICS Inmate Commissary Systems

InCustody transfers inmate information to ICS including booking information, photos, classification information, cell location, court information, disciplinary information, and release information to ICS.

IDEMIA GROUP

Improve data accuracy and reduce time spent entering duplicate information into Livescan devices. From RIMS RMS or InCustody JMS, transfer person demographics and arrest information quickly and seamlessly to IDEMIA (including Safran MorphoTrust, L-1 Identify Solutions) AFIS/Livescan devices.

ImageTrend Emergency Data Systems

Many states and agencies use ImageTrend to collect patient care information. RIMS CAD transfers CAD event information live and after the call is completed to first responders using ImageTrend’s reporting applications.

IMARS (Incident Management Analysis and Reporting System)

The Incident Management Analysis and Reporting System (IMARS) is an incident management and reporting commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product managed by the Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of Law Enforcement and Security (OLES).

IMARS tracks law enforcement incidents and allows sharing of information about incidents or suspicious activity with federal agencies and other law enforcement organizations.

RIMS CAD exports CAD data to IMARS, ensuring a seamless response to incidents in which both local and federal authorities share a common role.

Infinite Command

RIMS CAD transfers Incident information to Infinite Command, giving Fire and EMS agencies timely access to Incident information.

Integrated Security Controls

InCustody transfers inmate information to Integrated Security Controls that is then displayed on a security door monitor including the inmate’s name, current cell assignment, primary booking photo, release date, security classification, court dates (future dates only), and reason for most recent cell assignment.

JusticeXchange

JusticeXchange is a secure web portal that provides access to an instant, up-to-date database of current and historical booking information, including biographical information, charges, and photographs of offenders.

InCustody JMS supports a database interface to JusticeXchange to access these records.

Keefe Commissary Group

Keefe Commissary Systems receives inmate information from InCustody, including inmate name, arrest number, and updated housing information.  This integration includes Trinity Services Group.

Laserfiche

Digitally store documents and attachments from RIMS with Laserfiche.

LensLock

RIMS CAD transfers basic RIMS CAD Incident information to the LensLock body camera system.  Using the Officer/Unit ID, the interface correlates CAD events by:
– Automating basic incident information entry for every recording
– Improving data accuracy with complete, correct info
– Increasing officer efficiency after each recorded call

LInX Law Enforcement Information Exchange

With Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX), users will retrieve and link more available data than ever before to support their investigative and tactical operations. RIMS CAD integrates seamlessly to send data from a CAD Incident to the Mach Alert application for automatically alerting stations.

Mindbase

Mindbase Proactive Wellness Technology™ integration into RIMS CAD provides a modern and effective approach in proactively supporting officers experiencing mental and emotional health challenges by evaluating dispatch data and providing personalized wellness resources when they need it most. Platform features include an Agency mobile wellness app; an Administrative dashboard; Customized agency wellness content and resources; and a Family mobile wellness app.

N-DEX FBI Data Exchange

N-DEx complements other well-known FBI systems, such as the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), Interstate Identification Index (III), and Next Generation Identification (NGI), which provide critical information to the criminal justice community. Information not contained in those systems, i.e., incident and case reports, full Department of Justice (DOJ) case files, and corrections data, is available in N-DEx. The N-DEx system fills information gaps and provides situational awareness.

Naval Postgraduate School – CORE Lab for Social Network Analysis

Need a social network analysis (SNA) tool?

The Naval Post Graduate School offers the CORE Lab to support law enforcement investigations. RIMS exports case information to the CORE Lab’s SNA application for analysis.

NICE Public Safety

NICE Inform is a suite of modular applications for incident information management that can run over traditional and IP-based networks. It records multimedia interactions between the public, emergency centers, and first responders. RIMS creates SQL views for NICE to capture CAD incident information.

NicheRMS 365

RIMS CAD will send information to NicheRMS 365 when a Case # is assigned to an Incident and when the Incident is closed.  Incident information sent includes:

  • Incident Number
  • Incident Date and Time
  • Address Information
  • Priority
  • Reporting Party (RP) Information
  • Incident Vehicle Information

OCV, LLC Applications

InCustody JMS exports an XML file to OCV, including inmate biographical information, booking and release dates, arresting agency and offense information, and mugshots.

Files are transferred at time intervals determined by a facility.

OpenGov (Cartegraph)

This integration transfers CAD Incident information to Cartegraph to provide notifications related to city maintenance (out street lights, traffic light issues, road maintenance/cleanup requests, etc.).

Oregon Department of Employment Jail Roster

For Oregon jail facilities, InCustody JMS creates and automatically transfers your jail roster to the Oregon Employment Department.

Path 2 (CAL AIM)

This integration transfers a list of inmates currently in custody to a PATH provider.

Peregrine CAD Integration

RIMS CAD integrates with Peregrine Fire CAD to provide bi-directional CAD data, including Incident, Unit, and other resource information.

Phoenix Group Information Systems

RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from Phoenix. As part of a standard import, offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are seamlessly imported from Phoenix into RIMS RMS. A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.

PM AM

This interface exports CAD Incident data to PM AM Corporation to support false alarm billing procedures.

Porter Lee LIMS Evidence Management

The Crime Fighter LIMS provides laboratories with the means to record and track case-related information.

RIMS provides the means to move evidence and property data directly from RIMS RMS to LIMS.

Praeses Inmate Communications

InCustody transfers inmate information, cell location, and release information to Praeses, eliminating the need for redundant work.

ProQA

Integrated into RIMS CAD, ProQA Law, Fire, EMD (Paramount 5.0x) is launched giving dispatchers immediate access to EMD Cards based on the Incident Type in RIMS CAD.  Additionally, RIMS CAD passes key CAD data to ProQA. 

PulsePoint

With PulsePoint, your RIMS CAD alerts CPR-trained bystanders about a nearby EMS event through the PulsePoint Respond mobile app and lets them know the location of the closest AED.

RapidSOS

Receive vital incident information from wireless devices (Android, iOS, MedicAlert, Avaya/911, and many more) including faster and precise location information, text to CAD, automated call-routing, emergency types, and medical and demographic information.

There is no additional charge for this integration, and it is supported in both RIMS CAD, RIMS Mapping, and RIMS E911. A subscription agreement (also at no cost) between the agency and RapidSOS is required.

ReportBeam

Transfer collision information from ReportBeam to RIMS including People, Vehicle and Attachments.

For the state of Wyoming agencies, the ReportBeam transfer program is free (paid by a grant through the Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police) with the exception of a small annual maintenance fee.

Securus Technologies

Inmate demographics, including cell information, are automatically transferred to Securus.

Serenic Victim Notification Systems

Serenic provides victims and concerned citizens with inmate location and release information. Serenic can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide the most reliable information for custody status changes and criminal case information. InCustody provides access to inmate demographics and release information.

Sierra Wireless

Agencies can use Sierra Wireless hardware for their GPS/AVL needs. Mobile RIMS currently can support the AirLink and Raven hardware solutions.

SPIDR

Used with RIMS CAD, SPIDR Tech sends text messages to reporting parties regarding the status of 911 callers, case information to crime victims, and provides agencies feedback from its community members.

Stanley Security Systems

InCustody transfers inmate information to Stanley Access Technologies, which is then displayed on a security door monitor. The information includes the inmate’s name, current cell assignment, primary booking photo, release date, security classification, court dates (future dates only), and reason for most recent cell assignment.

Streetwise CADlink

RIMS CAD seamlessly transfers Incident call information to Streetwise CADlink, so first responders can use this application to view Incident location, routing, hydrant displays, etc.

Tablet Command

Tablet Command queries RIMS CAD to populate information in Tablet Command including CAD Incident information, ability to view and change Unit and Status information, view mapping information, stage Units, and more.

TDEx Texas Data Exchange

The Texas Data Exchange (TDEx) system compiles law enforcement incident records and other non-intelligence criminal justice information into a central state repository for sharing across jurisdictional lines. The information is available through the National Data Exchange (N-DEx) for law enforcement and criminal justice purposes.

The most significant value of TDEx is realized in the wealth of information it brings to criminal investigations. Data about incidents, suspects, booking and incarceration records, and other criminal justice information is contributed by Texas agencies. Access to this data is provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) to authorized users at no cost to the local agency.

Thales Cogent Livescan System

Improve data accuracy and reduce time entering duplicate information into livescan devices.  From RIMS RMS or InCustody, person demographics, and arrest information are transferred quickly and seamlessly to Thales Cogent AFIS/Livescan devices.

TraCS Citation Transfer

RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from TraCS. Offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported seamlessly from the e-citation platform into RIMS. A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.

Trancite Easy Street Draw

Seamlessly integrates with RIMS RMS for diagramming crash reports.  All that is required is a Trancite license attached to the RIMS workstation. 

TurboData e-Citations

RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from TurboData. Offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported seamlessly from the e-citation platform into RIMS. A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.

California Department of Justice Use of Force Incident Reporting

Multiple use-of-force elements can be collected as a feature available to all agencies and included in our RIMS Case and InCustody Jail Incident sections. We export these reports to the California Department of Justice URSUS as part of RIMS and InCustody.

VeriPic

VeriPic’s client, mobile, and web applications allow law enforcement to store data from body-worn cameras, picture files, audio files, all data from the Evidence Pad app, and other proprietary data in one place for easy management and court preparation.

Viapath Technologies (GTL Inmate Phone Systems)

InCustody creates the inmate’s Viapath (Formerly GTL and Telmate) account seamlessly by transferring inmate records including booking information, cell location, and release information.

VINE Victim Notification

Zoll’s solution for fire departments is not a simple NFIRS fire incident reporting software; it is a complete solution designed to manage all aspects of fire departments of all sizes. RIMS CAD transfers Incident information to Zoll initially when the event is created and final information when units clear and the Incident is closed.
