Annually, Sun Ridge Systems provides more than 100 new features and enhancements to our product arsenal.

This makes it imperative that your agency have a system administrator, a RIMS expert, not to “manage” the software, but to be a reference person in your agency and to maintain the knowledge level among your users.  But, despite best intentions, this knowledge level sometimes erodes over the years due to:

We have seen all these situations occur and that has led us to create the RIMS 360° service.  As part of the RIMS 360° service we:

  • Perform an on-site, complete system audit of RIMS applications
  • Identify ways agencies can use RIMS to improve agency efficiency
  • Identify integration solutions
  • Identify and implement useful RIMS features not currently used by the agency
  • May include refresher training
  • Provide agency administrators with a detailed written report of our findings
